We deliver stainless steel welding using qualified TIG and MIG processes aligned with AWS standards. All work is performed with full material and process traceability, overseen by a Certified Welding Inspector to ensure consistent precision, repeatable results, and verified structural integrity. Our approach supports high-tolerance, complex, and specification-driven applications where dependable performance is critical.
-
TIG and MIG
Welding of stainless and carbon steel, from one-off assemblies to repeatable production weldments.
MIG and GMAW
High-speed, repeatable welds for structural fabrication and higher-volume runs, without sacrificing weld quality.
Materials
Austenitic stainless (304, 316) and carbon steel, finished in-house from raw stock through to a passivated, ship-ready part. -
Application of functional coatings to improve the performance or lifespan of a product or a part.
-
Surface preparation, de-burring, grain finishing, and passivation that take parts from raw to ready to ship.
-
Consulting on lowering the cost of systems, alternative materials, alternative ways of operating, and maximizing the impact of design and engineering output.
-
Integrated engineering partners to help you achieve project goals cost effectively.
Standards and Qualifications
Verify materials and WPS applicability
Confirm base metal grade using MTRs and heat numbers, then ensure the selected WPS covers the material, joint type, thickness, and position.
Inspect joint preparation and fit-up
Check groove angles, root openings, alignment, and cleanliness against AWS D1.1 tolerances and WPS requirements before welding begins.
Monitor welding parameters in-process
Ensure preheat, interpass temperature, amperage, voltage, and technique match the WPS while verifying welder qualification and workmanship.
Record traceability documentation
Update weld travelers with welder IDs, WPS numbers, temperature logs, inspection checkpoints, and NDE results for each joint.
Perform final inspection and sign-off
Evaluate weld size, contour, NDE results, and overall workmanship, then complete final acceptance and documentation for quality records.
